Devaney received her Master’s degree in Instructional Design Technology for Professional Trainers and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Leading by encouraging others to work together has been a passion for Devaney throughout her life. She has fulfilled this passion professionally by following a simple principle, “People should always be considered before processes!” This is beneficial to clients in that she understands the demands upon decision makers to equip and empower people while effectively managing organizational processes. Alternatively, having been an employee, she is able to help others realize the transferability of their own professional skills, knowledge, and experience into the best-fit positions and roles. This combination can be a win-win opportunity for everyone in reaching operational and professional fulfillment goals.
