Predicting Safety and Job Performance
The Hogan assessments predict job and safety performance by assessing normal personality, derailment characteristics, core values, and cognitive reasoning ability. The Climate Survey provides organizations a quick and effective way to evaluate their safety climate. Onboarding Employees - The 'Individual Safety Survey' is a Hogan assessment that enables companies to evaluate the safety

Present Supervisors and Employees - The 'Individual Safety Survey' can also be used by companies to evaluate and address the safety behavior of their present employees.
