Meet Our Leaders
Mike Williams
Senior Partner, FounderBS, CPCC, Founder/Coach/Trainer with Accelerated Leadership, began his leadership training career in 1989, and has worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals to strengthen leadership, communication, teamwork, sales, customer service, and safety.
He founded Accelerated Leadership in 1999 to focus on the communication factors that impact every facet of business and personal relationships.
Mike is married to his lovely wife, Kathleen, and they have four children and one grandchild. Outside of work Mike enjoys fitness workouts, sports, small renovation projects, and musical ministry in his local church.
Ross Trahan
Senior PartnerBS, BDiv, CPT, brings extensive management and administrative experience from the fields of Industrial, Commercial, and Offshore Construction, Secondary Education, and Church Leadership.
Ross is a Sr. Partner in Accelerated Leadership, and has been a trainer /coach / consultant with the company since 2004. A superb facilitator and coach, his training helps leaders on all levels to be more successful through the application of foundational leadership and life principles, effective communication skills, and proactive safety concepts and beliefs.
Ross is married to his lovely wife, Celeste, and they have six children and five grandchildren. In Ross’s free time he enjoys sports, keeping up with family, and ministry locally and abroad.
