Join us for an engaging one-day live workshop designed to enhance your Leadership Skills and increase your ability to have influence with others. We have distilled Effective Leadership to its simplest and most profound principles which enhance all aspects of Leading others. This workshop focuses on skills and strategies that will help you connect better with others in a Leadership role, encouraging increased engagement in both personal and professional settings.
The reality is, operational success doesn’t happen just because we set targets and track them. It happens because leaders — at every level — are consistently modeling the behaviors that make those goals achievable. Your daily choices, from how you start a meeting to how you respond to an incident, shape your team’s ability to meet and exceed expectations.
Throughout the day, you’ll participate in interactive sessions led by experienced Facilitators.
